The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) meets monthly throughout the school year to gather input from and communicate information to parents and faculty members. PTO organizes fundraisers to help support Holy Name Catholic School. They also coordinate volunteers for various ongoing activities. Officers meet to organize the PTO meetings and activities.

The School Council assists the Pastor and School Principal in the policies and procedures of Holy Name Catholic School.

Serve breakfast and/or lunch to the Holy Name Catholic School students during the school year.

Assist Holy Name Catholic School teachers in the classroom, become a tutor, or assist the technology advisor regarding computer software/hardware.
